Warren Buffett's 5/25 Rule

I saw this image somewhere online, either Instagram or Twitter, and saved it because I knew that I wanted to share with you all the 10th habit listed: Warren Buffett's 5/25 Rule.

If you don't know who Warren Buffett is he is a very successful American investor and the 2nd richest person in the United States.

So back to what I was saying. Personally, this 10th point was the meat and potatoes of this entire list and is what I really wanted to share and talk about with you all. It stuck with me because I'm big on utilizing time wisely - on a big and small scale. Such as: planning out my day and the things that I need to do, to making sure that I don't waste my life away because all though life is "short", between the beginning and end there's tons of space for me to do meaningful and impactful things *draws breath*. Okay.

The 10th rule says to make a list of the 25 things you want to do in life, do the top five, and never think about the other 20 ever again because it'll take time away from your most important five. I'm not sure about never entertaining your other 20 things ever again because it sounds so do-or-die, but for me the rule did help me put some things into perspective and really prioritize the moves that I want to make in life. If you can get all 25 done why not shoot for that after securing your top five, ya know? Anyway, I hope you all took something away from this that you can apply to your own life or would help someone.
